Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 0600–1800 (shift-based), 8-hour shifts

Salary: $20 - $32 per hour

Position Summary:

P3S Corporation is seeking highly motivated and cleared Security Escorts to support an active federal contract at Radio Barrigada in Guam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining continuous oversight of uncleared personnel in Controlled Access Areas (CAAs), ensuring adherence to security protocols, and reporting any suspicious activity. This position plays a critical role in national security during sensitive construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escort and monitor uncleared personnel in CAAs
• Maintain continuous line-of-sight with all visitors
• Verify visitor identity against approved government lists
• Issue and track visitor badges
• Observe and prevent access to restricted spaces
• Document and submit daily escort reports
• Coordinate with Site Security Manager (SSM) and other government points of contact
• Immediately report incidents involving security violations or suspicious behavior

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance or Top-Secret
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours and walk up to 1 mile unassisted

Working Conditions:

• Work is conducted inside and outside unconditioned construction zones
• May be exposed to dust, debris, and loud noise
• Safety gear (e.g., hard hats, vests) will be provided
