Position Overview:
Term: 12+ months
Location: Remote
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour - commensurate with experience
Hours: Standard business hours
The Security Access Management Lead will be a key member of the IT Security Team, responsible for overseeing daily access management activities such as onboarding/offboarding employees and consultants, fulfilling access requests, handling audit and compliance requests, troubleshooting incidents, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves managing security access projects, requiring a strong background in technology, security, and metrics, along with high organization and analytical skills. Collaboration and mentoring with other teams are essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Serve as a point of contact for IAM support inquiries and escalations.
* Maintain team schedules, including after-hours on-call rotations.
* Prioritize and follow up on tickets per SLAs.
* Act as an expert on IAM policies, processes, and technologies.
* Facilitate audit processes and ensure timely completion.
* Coordinate compliance and audit requests, meeting deadlines.
* Build relationships with IAM stakeholders.
* Conduct training and outreach with IAM team members and stakeholders.
* Identify process improvements, automation, and self-service opportunities.
* Contribute to platform defect and enhancement identification.
* Facilitate UAT and validation activities for IAM.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Azure AD, Azure MFA, Azure PIM, and ServiceNow.
- 5+ years in IT Support focusing on Security and IAM.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of IAM, security controls, and best practices.
- Ability to interact with all management levels.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of independent and team work.
- High accountability, integrity, and dependability.
- Strong management skills.
- Bachelor's or master's in related fields or equivalent experience.
- Professional security certifications such as CISSP, GISP, GSE, or CIAM are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Varonis, Saviynt, Beyond Trust.
- Knowledge of international data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with German language is a plus.
