Job summary

BIOQUAL is seeking a Security Guard to patrol facilities, monitor surveillance, and respond to emergencies under the Security Manager. The role requires weekend/holiday shifts (4:00pm–12:00am and 12:00am–8:00am) with responsibilities including visitor checks, incident reporting, and enforcing safety protocols in a bio-hazard environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of security experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, or equivalent, 3 or more years of relevant Security Guard experience, knowledge of computer applications.
• Must possess a valid driver's license to drive, insurance and motor vehicle report. Able rover between facility locations
• Able to sit, stand, lift and/or move up to 25lbs, daily uses of hands, fingers to handle objects, tools or controls.
• Able to work set schedule weekend and holidays

Responsibilities

• Patrol facilities, monitor, operate, and maintain security surveillance equipment (i.e. CCTV, alarm system).
• Inform the proper personnel/authorities in an emergency and take appropriate action.
• Maintain a complete daily log and incident reports.
• Check visitors in and out, ensure employees have proper I.D. and company badges when necessary.
• Ensure items belonging to BIOQUAL have proper authorization before leaving premises.
• Handle any unauthorized assembly or meeting on company property.
• Monitor the switchboard overnight.
• Adhere to safety procedures and SOPs essential for bio-hazard facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Check all visitors in and out, making sure employees have the proper I.D. and company badges when necessary.


• Make sure any and all items belonging to BIOQUAL, Inc. have the proper authorization before being allowed to leave the premises.


• Handle any unauthorized assembly or meeting on company property.

• Consistently adhere to all safety procedures and standard operating procedures which are essential for successful operation of a facility involved with bio-hazards.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
