Security Guard – Part Time Evening & Night Shift Weekends

Working 3 shifts: Saturday 4pm-12am and Sunday 12am-8am & 4pm-12am. Pay rate starting at $18/hour.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance and parking lot
• Monitor all property by walking the grounds and parking areas and by using the video monitoring system located at the reception area.
• Walk through facility once every hour making sure all necessary doors are locked and the building is safe and secure.
• Notify supervisor of any problems.
• In case of emergency, notify the supervisor and/or the proper authorities immediately.
• Operate paging/telephone system.
• Answer telephone calls, determine nature of call and relay information within facility, as necessary.
• Give direction/information to visitors, tenants, family members, sales representatives, vendors, etc.
• Assure all visitors sign in and out of the building in the absence of the receptionist and assure they follow all policies of the Place.
• Present a warm, polite, friendly, and positive approach to all visitors, tenants, and employees.

Requirements
