Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to facility emergencies/codes promptly and coordinate resolutions

• Investigate missing items in coordination with nursing staff, families, and law enforcement
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to resolve safety hazards or non-compliance issues
• Oversee incoming and outgoing mail functions
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Remove trespassers when needed and secure exits, doors, and windows
• Submit daily surveillance reports and important occurrences

Job Summary:

As a Security Guard, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility, its residents, employees, visitors, and guests. This includes responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, monitoring cameras, and patrolling premises. You'll also be responsible for overseeing mail functions, securing exits, and submitting daily surveillance reports.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all facility emergencies/codes in a timely manner and facilitate the resolution as needed
• Ensure cameras are monitored, guests and visitors are signed in, resident safety checks are performed as scheduled, and emergency response is timely and appropriate for the situation
• Investigate all allegations of missing items from residents, in cooperation with the nursing staff, families, and local law enforcement authorities
• Coordinate efforts with the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments to resolve safety hazards or issues of non-compliance as identified
• Oversee incoming and outgoing mail functions
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Remove wrongdoers and trespassers from the facility as needed
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows throughout the facility
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
