Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Security Guard at our Cavecreek, AZ location to safeguard our facilities, employees, and patients. You will patrol, monitor entrances, enforce security protocols, respond to incidents, and provide timely logs.

The role requires at least one year of security experience, calm professionalism, willingness to travel between nearby locations, and the ability to obtain a Facility Agent Card. Mint Cannabis offers competitive pay and benefits.

• Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity
• Monitor entrances, exits, and facility access to ensure only authorized personnel and customers are on-site
• Enforce all security protocols, company policies, and state cannabis compliance requirements
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
• Provide first aid or emergency assistance when necessary
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and helping staff and patients feel at ease
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities
• Travel between store locations as needed for support and coverage

Pay Range: Unarmed Security: $16.00 - $18.00hour | Armed Security: $18.00 - $20.00hour

What You’ll Do

A Few Things You’ll Need

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
