Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Security Guard role based in Philadelphia, PA. You will be responsible for maintaining physical security, providing excellent customer service, monitoring personnel safety, and handling private security tasks for events, venues, and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property
• Perform access control, crowd monitoring, and conflict de-escalation
• Conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible security presence
• Complete incident reports and communicate effectively with clients
• Represent Stylios Security Solutions with professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience in physical security, personnel security, or private security
• Excellent observation, attention to detail, and situational awareness
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• SORA certification (for NJ assignments) is a plus
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation

• $20 – $30 per hour (based on experience & assignment)
• 1099 Independent Contractor role
