Job Description

Position Overview: We are hiring a Full-time Security Officer for SP+ Parking (Epply Airfield) at 4803 Abbott Dr in Omaha, NE.

Job Details

• Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
• Schedule: Morning Shift Available / 6:00 am - 6:00 pm / Monday - Friday (subject to change; 32-40 hours)
• Duties: Maintain facility security by checking in visitors, vendors, and contractors. Issue access badges and perform regular foot patrols. Requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong safety commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of security experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Skills: Comfortable using technology devices
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by executing safety and security procedures, site policies, and emergency responses.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols; working environment varies by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background check and drug screening.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
