Job summary

Linville Golf Club is seeking a full-time Security Guard to protect the premises, monitor access points and respond to emergencies with professionalism. The role includes patrolling, camera monitoring, logging incidents and coordinating with authorities when needed to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.

Responsibilities include patrolling, incident reporting, understanding club emergency protocols, and serving as a liaison to police, fire, and ambulance services.

• Patrol, monitor cameras, check entry points
• Greet, log, and direct visitors and staff
• Investigate and report disturbances and unusual activity
• Provide a visible deterrent to theft, vandalism, and illegal entry
• Respond to alarms or other security-related emergencies
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately
• Understand Club Emergency Protocols and incident reporting processes
• Serve as a liaison between Club and appropriate authorities (police, fire, ambulance, etc.)
• Availability for all shifts - occasional shifts from 11pm-7am

• This is not a law enforcement position.

Reports to the Director of Security.

Wage range of $18-20/hr
