Job summary

Acts is seeking a Security Guard to protect residents, staff and property through proactive patrols, camera monitoring, and access control. You will respond to emergencies and incidents while maintaining a visible presence to deter misconduct and promote safety.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver license, and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months). Eligible for comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or a related field (preferred).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must possess and maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months)

• Monitor security cameras, manage access control, and other life-safety systems.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or a related field (preferred)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Must possess and maintain current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months of employment)

Pay Range

$17.00 - $25.57 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
