Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Security Guard to support location operations in Carrollton, GA. You will report to the Security Guard Supervisor and ensure Post Orders are completed daily, while monitoring plant activity and gate access.

Responsibilities include hourly rounds, checking trailer temps and room temps, weighing trailers at the scales, and answering the switchboard after hours. You must be able to work various shifts in all weather conditions with a professional attitude.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Strong computer skills preferred.
• Able to walk more than one mile on varied terrain in all weather.
• Able to work in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.).
• Able to perform tasks without direct supervision.
• Able to communicate effectively under stress.
• Attention to detail.
• Professional attitude.
• Security experience a plus.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
