Job summary

Pilgrim in Russellville, Alabama is seeking personnel for Operations Management duties. The role involves daily completion of location Post Orders, hourly rounds to monitor trailer and room temperatures, and supervision of site activity.

You will weigh trailers, manage traffic, and handle after-hours switchboard calls. The ideal candidate reads and writes English fluently, can work in all weather, and may have security experience.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to walk more than a mile on varying terrain, in all weather conditions, including stairs.
• Must work in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.).
• Must perform assigned tasks without direct supervision.
• Security experience is a plus.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED.

Hourly rounds (checking trailer temps, room temps, and gates).

Monitor all associates entering and existing building including car traffic.

Weight master scales, weighing trailers in and out.

Answering switchboard after hours.

Follow and implement company policies.

Operate company owned vehicles

Inspect trailers for cleanliness and operability

Receive shipments of supplies and raw materials

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read, write and speak in English
