Job summary

EMR is seeking a reliable Security Guard to support our ISL site with both control room monitoring and field patrols. You will perform alarms response, patrol duties, and daily safety checks to protect people and property.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and respond to calls from security and fire monitoring systems.
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols at EMR sites and headquarters.
• Perform routine checks to ensure site safety, security, and fire prevention.
• Monitor CCTV for suspicious activity or hazards and document findings.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when needed.

EMR is seeking a reliable and experiencedSecurity Guardto support our ISL site. This role combines control room monitoring and active field patrols, offering a dynamic work environment applying your security knowledge and acumen.

What You’ll Do :

• Monitor alarms and respond to calls from security and fire monitoring systems
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols at EMR headquarters and multiple sites
• Perform routine and random checks to ensure site safety, security, and fire prevention
• Monitor CCTV systems to identify suspicious activity or hazards
• Respond to incidents, assess situations, and escal
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when needed
• Maintain accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activity
• Support overall site safety and security operations

What We Are Looking For :

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5+ years of security experience (industrial, logistics, or yard environments a plus)
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
• Clear communication and report-writing ability
• Comfortable using surveillance systems and basic technology

Work Environment and Expectations:

• Combination ofindoor control room monitoring and outdoor patrols
• Regular patrols inall weather conditions (rain, heat, cold)
• Flexible rotating shift schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Required use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols
• May include light physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, and lifting small items
