Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Galleria Woods is recruiting for a Per Diem (as needed) Security Officer for days, evenings, and nights.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing ongoing telephone coverage.
• Completing assigned security schedules while maintaining the integrity and security of the community.
• Resolving issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a professional manner, ensuring both organizational objectives are met and individuals feel served appropriately. Keeping difficult situations from escalating.
• Accepting delivery packages, documenting receipt in log book, and notifying the resident of delivery.
• Preparing maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assisting management with various projects and assignments.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
