We are currently looking for a Security Guard to join our team.The Security Guard has the responsibility tosecure the building and its tenants and employees while acting as a liaison of the building toward visitors/guests.

The Security Guard must: Ensure a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors and employees.

• Respond to tenants needs as directed and report information to families and report log.
• Monitor lobby, hallways and all first level doors as appropriate intervals.
• Document all activities per shift.Monitor parking lot and react as necessary.
• Notifies and communicates to supervisors any difficulties that should be brought to their attention.
• Put up activities on reader board.
• Promptly and accurately implement directives given by supervisors.
• Maintain good working relationship with other departments.
• Display appropriate Guest Service Standard at all times.

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous security experience or equivalent.
