Job summary

Aspire General Insurance Company is seeking a Security Guard to protect staff, guests, and property while delivering friendly, professional service. You will be a visible presence, greet visitors, monitor access points, and enforce security procedures.

As an early point of contact, you will help create a safe environment, perform patrols, operate CCTV and alarm systems, document incidents, and coordinate with responders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and professional security presence throughout the office building and surrounding property.
• Greet employees, visitors, vendors, and business partners in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner.
• Monitor building access and verify identification as needed.
• Control entry and exit points to maintain building security.
• Conduct routine patrols and security inspections.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Enforce company security and safety procedures.
• Identify and report potential safety concerns or security risks.
• Assist with emergency response activities and coordinate with first responders when necessary.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and visitors by providing directions, assistance, and support as needed.
