Stellar Senior Living in Albuquerque is seeking a Security Guard to protect residents, staff, and property across a large senior living community. You will monitor entrances, patrol perimeters, and respond to incidents with professional discretion.

The role requires solid security experience, strong observation skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service. Flexible schedules and benefits support a stable work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences and develop reports for leadership.
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
• Patrol building and perimeter randomly and regularly.
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.

Job Description

Our Maintenance Director oversees keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detailed oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form and cooperate effectively with others
• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• Trained security officer with diploma
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills with orientation to detail
• Integrity and professionalism
