Resort at Paws Up in Greenough, MT is seeking a Security Guard to assist in daily safety and security operations for guests and team members. The role starts at $19 per hour and increases with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience as a security guard/officer or relevant position
• Excellent customer relations, communication skills, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Administer security programs to deter and address theft, vandalism and violence against the resort and its guests and team members
• Make themselves visible to deter criminal activity
• Respond to crisis situations and provide assistance when necessary
• Interact with guests to aid in safety and security, loss prevention, and general customer assistance
• Secure premises by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance, inspecting buildings and equipment
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Ensure operation of equipment by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays or as needed

Position:

We are seeking to add a Security Guard to our team. In the role of the Security Guard you will assist in the daily duties directly related to the safety and security of The Resort at Paws Up and the guests, and team members.

This position starts at $19 an hour and goes up from there depending on experience.

• Maintain flexible hours to accommodate guest needs, due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry; Position requires full availability including evenings, weekends, holidays or as needed.
