Job summary

Bishop Gadsden is seeking a dedicated Community Response Team Member for a full-time Security role on campus. You will be a visible presence, respond to emergencies, and support residents and staff with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities include patrolling, coordinating with EMS, documenting incidents, and conducting safety drills to maintain a secure living environment for residents, staff, and guests.

Qualifications

• Calm under pressure and proactive approach to safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior security or safety experience preferred.
• Valid SC driver's license.
• Able to complete Advanced First Aid certification within 90 days.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Patrol community buildings and grounds regularly.
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate with EMS.
• Complete incident reports and maintain safety logs.
• Assist with after-hours deliveries and resident support.
• Conduct fire drills and safety inspections.
• Manage wildlife control when necessary.

What You’ll Do:
