Qualifications

• Active Florida Class D Security License (preferred or required).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors.
• Provide a high level of customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter the property.
• Manage visitor check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answer phones, handle inquiries, and assist residents as needed.
• Maintain a professional lobby presence at all times.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs.

• Respond to and report any security or safety concerns.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a professional and customer service-oriented Concierge Security Officer for a full-time swing shift position at a luxury high-rise condominium in the Brickell area.

Pay Rate

• $17.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Full-Time.
• Swing Shift (afternoon/evening hours; schedule may vary).
