The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT security operations and a strong focus on endpoint protection and system hardening. This on-site position offers hands-on security work across lab environments.

• 2–5 years of experience in technical support or IT security operations.
• Experience with Windows environments and AD management.
• Experience with endpoint security, patching and access reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Active Directory (AD), OUs, GPOs, user accounts, and service account remediation.
• Support CrowdStrike Falcon EDR deployment and endpoint security compliance.
• Perform Windows patching, vulnerability remediation, and file-share access reviews.
• Implement software allowlisting and USB restriction policies.
• Support BeyondTrust PAM and Transparent Screen Lock deployment.
• Troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues across lab instruments and workstations.
• Manage access requests, documentation, and remediation tracking through ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, infrastructure, and laboratory teams across global sites.
