Job summary

Amazon Leo Trust Services team owns the security of product and operations across Amazon Leo end-to-end, shaping security that protects customer data and Leo devices. You will work with engineers and product leaders to implement secure-by-default solutions and advance cryptographic protections.

You will be part of a start-up like environment backed by Amazon’s scale, driving security improvements across satellite and cloud assets and influencing risk reduction strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with PKI, HSMs, and cryptographic systems.
• Strong cryptography knowledge and key management expertise.
• Ability to translate security needs into scalable controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to define security priorities and provide trusted advisory support.
• Guide product teams towards security outcomes that protect customer data and enable safe product launches.
• Drive secure-by-default philosophies and advocate for new testing tools and detection mechanisms.
• Assess technical debt and risk with engineers and provide strategic security direction.
