Amazon seeks a Software Development Manager for Denied Party Screening, AWS Compliance & Security Assurance in Seattle. Lead an engineering team, shape technical strategy and drive large-scale service development across security platforms.

You will mentor leaders, partner with product managers, and ensure production excellence while delivering scalable ML/AI-driven detection systems to protect Amazon and customers.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Knowledge of software/hardware/networks lifecycle, coding standards, reviews, Git, builds, testing, live-site operations.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Strong communication with users, technical teams, and senior leadership.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, mentoring software engineers to improve skills.
