Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time X Ray Inspection in Fort Worth, TX. This role provides reliable, flexible hours with a fixed anchor shift and optional extra shifts through the Claim-A-Shift program.

Pay rate is $19.50 per hour. The schedule includes daytime shifts on Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Eligible candidates have security experience and a high school diploma.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time X Ray Inspection in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (\u0022Anchor Shifts\u0022): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.


• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility, including the business, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.


• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, employee, and delivery driver entry procedures in accordance with site‑specific policies.


• Report unusual activity, potential hazards, and security‑related concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security‑related experience is required.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• X‑ray screening experience is preferred.


• A guard card and/or license is preferred.


• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
