Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Access Support in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and an option to pick up extra shifts via our scheduling platform, allowing earnings growth while gaining experience across sites.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include maintaining security procedures, responding to incidents, patrolling, and monitoring access.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‐related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and delivery procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents and daily activities.
• Communicate observations, concerns, and incident details to site leadership, Allied Universal supervision, and/or emergency responders as required.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Access Support in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
