Allied Universal is hiring a Security Flex Officer for a warehouse in Aurora. The role includes patrolling designated areas, monitoring entrances, and responding to incidents. The position offers an hourly rate of $22.41 and weekly pay.

You will be part of a team focused on safety, customer service, and asset protection. Responsibilities include reporting, documentation, and immediate action to ensure a secure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed in some states).
• Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering or carrying forbidden articles.
• Monitor entrances and exits and permit authorized entry.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal of assets.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
