Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Guard Warehouse Flex in Commerce City, CO, paying $21.70 hourly. The role covers patrols, access control, and customer service across multiple sites using a shift-pickup platform. You may work irregular shifts with little notice but gain diversified site experience and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include reporting, de-escalation, and teamwork in a dynamic environment. Must meet education/licensing requirements and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Reliable commute to Commerce City and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits; control access.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Respond to alarms and notify police/fire when needed.
• Prepare reports on incidents and maintain logs.
• Assist customers and colleagues in a courteous manner.
• Communicate effectively under post orders.
