Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Flex Officer Unarmed Patrol. The role covers patrols across multiple sites using a flexible shift-pickup platform to match availability, providing on-site security for healthcare, education, finance, and other sectors.

The position may require irregular shifts with little notice, offering broad site exposure and growth opportunities. The officer will perform patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while maintaining professional communication

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and drug screen are required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits; observe and report security concerns.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department as needed.
• Warn violators and enforce site rules; maintain logs and reports.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; assist customers and visitors.
• Provide courteous, professional assistance to staff and clients.
