Qualifications

• Background check as per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors according to site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report suspicious activity.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation per Allied Universal and site requirements.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time CPR Response Patrol in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.52 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, including building exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
