Allied Universal in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a part‑time Security Officer – Enhanced. This flexible role offers reliable hours at an assigned site with opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Armed roles require 21+ years; unarmed roles 18+.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity to site contacts.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications per site procedures.

Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Security Clearance Response in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
