Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Inspection in Fort Worth, TX. The role offers fixed anchor shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform to increase earnings, with a base schedule of one evening shift per week.

This position is ideal for building experience while maintaining income stability. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour with opportunities to scale hours up to 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and/or vendors in a professional manner.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required prior to employment.
• Licensing requirements may be needed per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to questions or concerns.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and public areas, verify credentials as required, and document observations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Assist with emergency response activities and support a welcoming, orderly environment for public transportation operations.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Inspection in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
