Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Flex Officer. The role involves patrolling designated areas, monitoring for security concerns, and responding to emergencies.

You will use our shift-pickup platform to build a schedule across healthcare, education, and finance sites, gaining diverse site experience. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of security or related military/law enforcement background, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of security experience or prior law enforcement/military experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license if driving company or customer vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or summon police/fire department in emergencies.
• Warn violators of infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
