Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Security Flex Officer to maintain a secure environment at our facility. The role supports staffing, PTO coverage, and daily operations with shifts across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

The position emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and teamwork, with pay at $19.00 per hour and potential transition to permanent site assignment at standard wage. Candidates must meet background and drug-screen requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Previous security/military/law enforcement experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Demonstrate service and professional conduct.
• Good problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Documents security activity with Daily Activity Report (DAR) and incident reports as required.
• Controls vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Responds to emergencies per procedures.
• Operates specialized equipment as needed (CCTV, vehicle scales, computer systems).
• Prevents losses by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy.
• Drives a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Enforces Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
• Other tasks may be assigned as required.
