Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Flex Officer to help maintain a secure environment across our facilities. You will enforce access control, patrol premises, document security activity, and report incidents as required.

The position requires flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Pay starts at $15.50 per hour with a premium based on duties; moving to a permanent site assignment raises the wage to the standard rate for that role. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office programs is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism.

• Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Documents security activity with Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and incident reports.
• Controls vehicle and personnel access following established procedures.
• Responds to emergencies according to procedures.
• Operates specialized equipment such as CCTV, vehicle scales, and computer systems.
• Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
