Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve clients across healthcare, education, finance and more in Latrobe, PA. Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed) or per state rules.
• No prior experience required.
• Reliability and adaptability to different posts.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of rules such as loitering or prohibited items.
• Permit entry to authorized persons and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper procedures.
• Investigate incidents and maintain required logs and reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary under site Post Orders.
