Allied Universal in Murrells Inlet, SC is seeking a Security Officer Flex Coverage to support healthcare, education, and other sites. Expect 30–40 hours weekly with flexible shifts and the Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift program; assignments change regularly to fit client needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
• Background in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect property and ensure proper removal of items.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
