Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers flexible, fixed anchor shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts across multiple sites to increase earnings.

The position pays $22.56 per hour and operates on a DayTime Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM schedule. Responsibilities include access control, incident response, and routine patrols at an aerospace and defense location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on location.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain required logs, and report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, grounds, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports, and communicate observations and shift information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Clearance Required Patrol in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $22.56 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
