Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Security Field Supervisor in Hawthorne, Nevada to monitor shift guards, ensure safety and security of personnel and assets on the Hawthorne Army Depot. The role requires obtaining a Secret US Government Clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities include supervising armed patrols, reporting to dispatch, responding to alarms, and maintaining access controls. Candidates must meet minimum requirements and be prepared for shift work with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be computer literate in common software
• Must wear a Full-Face APR (M40, North, etc.)
• Must maintain fitness-for-duty standards
• Must pass PILB certification
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
• Must pass driving record (MVR) check and have a safe driving record
• Must obtain and maintain HWAD site access; US Citizenship required
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Monitor armed patrols and stand post at designated locations.
• Provide oral and written reports to central dispatch or supervisors.
• Respond to alarms and dispatches and ensure security of property and personnel.
• Operate as first responder to contain spills or releases involving hazardous substances or explosives.
• Conduct perimeter and internal patrols and verify access control procedures.
