Meta is seeking an experienced Security Engineering Manager to support multiple web-security and mobile OS-security teams building scalable SAST/DAST/agent-based tooling across multi-product stacks.

You will influence the org vision, develop multi-year roadmaps, and prioritize resources to deliver complex programs while growing a high-performing team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent security experience.
• 10+ years in security or software engineering with 5+ years people management.
• Experience recruiting, building and leading technical teams and managers.
• Experience driving large cross-company engineering initiatives.
• Experience delivering multi-year cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Support security engineering teams building scalable tools to secure web and mobile OS apps.
• Influence and align vision and strategy; develop multi-year roadmaps and programs.
• Ensure prioritization, resourcing, and timely delivery of projects.
• Define operational metrics and SLAs to guarantee deliverables.
• Hire, grow, and lead a high-performing team across functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design scalable security solutions.
