Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security engineering or related cybersecurity roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams focused on tactical and operational security activities.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, security testing, and penetration testing.
• Practical management and leadership knowledge to drive operational security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implements software architecture and engineering approaches for complex initiatives with major impact.
• Adopts advanced software engineering standards and governance to improve quality and delivery.
• Collaborates with senior engineers and product partners to shape technology approaches.
• Leads end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, secure software solutions.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues, improving performance and scalability.
• Provides technical guidance and training to other engineers.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and builds prototypes informing new features.
• Contributes to long-term technical goals and plans.
• Leads large initiatives spanning multiple teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
