You will own the technical roadmap, drive production-ready security outcomes, and champion secure-by-default infrastructure rather than tickets. This role demands deep expertise in large-scale, performance-sensitive systems and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years building and operating production infrastructure at scale, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Deep networking expertise applied to large compute environments.
• Hands-on depth operating compute fleets at scale for long-running, high-value jobs.
• Experience with hyperscaler methodologies for large-scale systems with security and reliability as co-equal goals.
• Proven ability to secure performance-sensitive environments where standard tooling is constrained.
• History of guiding engineering teams on complex distributed or multi-cloud architectures.
• Ability to drive unified outcomes across organizations and partners.
• Strong communication skills with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the team and develop leaders within it.
• Own the technical roadmap for EDA-specific security controls and production deployment.
• Make the network and platform your control plane for security outcomes.
• Design security where conventional tooling can’t, protecting long-running compute jobs.
• Enforce security frameworks across on-prem and multi-cloud platforms.
• Oversee lifecycle of core security technologies: selection, deployment, operation, replacement.
• Automate evidence with KPIs and audit workflows as engineering outputs.
