Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an engineering leader to build and run Infrastructure Security Engineering for EDA Clusters, spanning on-prem data centers and multi-cloud environments. You will translate security intent into engineering controls and own the security roadmap with peers in security and hardware infrastructure teams.

The role emphasizes automation, secure-by-default infrastructure, and production-ready solutions for long-running, high-value compute jobs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years building and operating production infrastructure at scale (network, compute, storage).
• 5+ years leading and managing engineering teams in complex environments.
• Deep networking expertise applied to large compute environments.
• Hands-on depth operating compute fleets at scale with long-running workloads.
• Experience with hyperscalers’ methodologies for large-scale systems emphasizing security and reliability.
• Proven ability to drive unified outcomes across org boundaries without direct reporting lines.
• Excellent communication with engineers and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of engineers; own the technical roadmap for EDA security controls.
• Architect security controls across on-prem and multi-cloud platforms for production workloads.
• Design enforcement mechanisms that do not degrade long-running, high-value jobs.
• Standardize security frameworks across data centers and cloud environments.
• Manage lifecycle of core infrastructure security technologies: selection, deployment, operation, replacement.
• Automate evidence, KPIs, and audit workflows as engineering outputs.
• Think like an adversary to drive mitigation across network, storage, and compute.
• Champion security by design and secure defaults within the lifecycle.
