Job summary

The Vanguard Group is seeking a senior Technology Financial Management professional to analyze technology spending, cost drivers, and performance. You will develop executive dashboards, drive governance, and partner with technology and finance stakeholders to optimize investments and outcomes.

Hybrid work model with emphasis on collaboration, leadership visibility, and data-driven decision support across technology portfolios.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related work experience.
  • 2 years of cybersecurity and project management preferred.
  • Financial Services and technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on technology spending, consumption trends, and cost drivers to provide transparency and support effective financial management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and optimize technology investments in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance executive reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics that provide visibility into operational, financial, and technology outcomes.
  • Synthesize complex data into meaningful insights that support leadership awareness and informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on technology initiatives, including key milestones, dependencies, risks, outcomes, and business impact.
  • Support governance processes by providing reporting and analysis that enable visibility into initiative progress and organizational objectives.
  • Track and analyze portfolio performance metrics, operational health indicators, and technology trends across supported areas.
  • Identify emerging risks, variances, and opportunities, providing insights to assist leadership in managing priorities and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to technology, finance, and business stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across organizational priorities.
  • Support planning, reporting, and governance activities by providing subject matter expertise, analytical support, and actionable insights.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years related work experience. 2 years of cybersecurity & managing a project preferred.
  • Financial Services and technical experience preferred.
Preferences:
  • Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering) required. Graduate degree preferred.
