Job summary

Anaplan is currently seeking a Security Engineer III to join the Security Operations team in San Francisco. You will design, build, and improve scalable security capabilities, working at the intersection of engineering and operations to turn security problems into automated, actionable solutions.

You will drive SSPM, endpoint vulnerability management, and network, DNS, and email security across the organization in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience protecting corporate systems, endpoints, and networks at scale.
• Hands-on with SaaS Security Posture Management tooling and misconfig risk.
• Vulnerability management using industry tools and CVSS/EPSS knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of SPF/DKIM/DMARC and enterprise email platforms.
• Experience deploying protective DNS and web security gateways.
• Understanding of firewall policy, IDS/IPS, network segmentation.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive SSPM rollout and remediation across SaaS apps with IT and owners.
• Own endpoint vulnerability lifecycle from discovery to remediation.
• Design and improve security posture for office/corporate networks.
• Administer and tune email security controls and policies.
• Manage DNS security controls and web security gateways.
• Lead security tooling administration and integration efforts.
• Collaborate with IT/infrastructure on risk assessments and policy.
