Commonwealth Savers Plan is seeking an Information Security Engineer II to design, implement, and manage enterprise security controls. You will respond to incidents, deploy SIEM/SOAR/EDR/DLP, and collaborate with IT and development to embed security across the system lifecycle.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-driven security, and DevSecOps, with a focus on cloud security and threat research to enhance resilience.

Qualificações

• Degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in secure network and system configuration, security architecture, risk management and/or security operations.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing security controls; leading threat-response efforts; mentoring others.
• Knowledge of security certifications such as Security+, Network+, GIAC, CISSP, or AWS Security.
• Understanding of vulnerabilities and countermeasures across networks, apps, and systems.
• Awareness of AI, encryption, and security tooling trends.
