CFS Technology is seeking a Security Engineer in Illinois to architect and manage enterprise security across multiple environments. The role requires strong experience in security platforms and hands-on leadership in threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Work is hybrid (1 day in the office) with locations in Skokie, Warrenville, and Arlington Heights. A Bachelor's degree and relevant security certifications are preferred, with a path toward growing security expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in a security-focused role.
• Experience administering and optimizing enterprise security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, and manage enterprise security technologies and controls across endpoint, network, cloud, application, and infrastructure environments.
• Serve as the technical owner for key security platforms, driving configuration, optimization, automation, and operations.
