SpaceX in Redmond is seeking a Security Engineer to join Information Security and help protect the SpaceX mission. You will design, build, and operate security infrastructure across enterprise systems.

The role requires experience with Python/Go/C#/C/C++/Rust, securing operating systems and large-scale infrastructure, PKI, SAML/OIDC/OAuth, and cloud security. Onsite work in the Seattle area with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM or 2+ years of security software development.
• Experience designing security solutions for operating systems or large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain technology protecting SpaceX systems and data.
• Operate web application firewalls and security controls.
• Enforce cloud security policy and centralized configuration.
• Document runs and advise other teams.
