Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Security Engineer or similar role in a software development environment.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, tools, and best practices, including encryption, firewalls, and IDS.
• Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security protocols and systems to protect our software and data.
• Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure industry-standard compliance.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches with the IT team to mitigate risks.
