Job summary

Prime Intellect, Inc. is hiring its first dedicated security hire to shape security strategy across hosted RL training, GPU infrastructure, and customer-facing surfaces. You will embed security into every layer of the stack, from threat modeling to incident response, and partner with engineering and leadership to raise our defenses.

We seek an experienced security engineer with cloud and container security expertise, capable of leading penetration tests and building a security program at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security engineering or related fields.
• Deep experience with cloud security (GCP preferred).
• Hands-on ability with Python and Rust.
• Experience with threat modeling and secure architecture.
• Proven track record managing external penetration tests.

Responsibilities

• Own threat modeling across multi-tenant infra and APIs.
• Design secure-by-default patterns and zero-trust networking.
• Secure end-to-end RL training loop and data handling.
• Lead external penetration tests and red-team activities.
• Build security monitoring, incident response playbooks, and audits.
