Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team.
• Experience with security in cloud computing and AI security.

Responsibilities

• Act in a leading role as a Security Bar Raiser and coordinate long-term security improvements at scale.
• Collaborate across business and service teams to drive and track security enhancement projects.
• Develop executive-level reporting on project status and outcomes.
• Chair weekly security meetings with senior leadership and capture follow-ups.
• Identify security requirements by collecting inputs from business, security, and technical teams.
• Leverage AI and agentic technologies to enhance security workflows (detection, triage, response).
• Address bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business vs technical needs.
• Partner with multiple teams across locations to ensure timely secure delivery.
• Clarify security objectives and maintain accountability chains.
• Drive security metrics delivery and improvements.
